Assessing the online teaching readiness of faculty member

Purpose This study aims to investigate how online teaching of faculty members is affected by technological readiness (TR) using platforms. The sheds light on many were ready use different platforms during COVID-19 period. Design/methodology/approach used TR measures determine the impact optimism regarding perceived usefulness and ease usage, innovativeness in terms usability use, influence discomfort effect uncertainty behavior. An questionnaire survey was conducted among 255 private universities Bangladesh. sample chosen based a convenience method. responses analyzed partial least square (PLS) approach with help software Smart PLS 3. Findings finding supported all hypotheses except that insecurity have positive relationship usefulness. Research limitations/implications will developing their competency technologies pedagogy.
